Red Bull recently announced the 2019 Art of Motion along with the opening of the online qualifier. Of course that means the questions of the day are, “How do I enter, and how do I win?!” If you win you get invited to compete at the event in Italy, so it’s a pretty good thing to know!
Parkour pro Joey Adrian recently wrote a super in-depth article on how to win the qualifier. We consider it a must read. After all, he submitted for the online qualifier 4 years in row before finally getting an invite in 2016 where he ended up taking 3rd in the event.
