Parkour Roll Tutorial by Shaun Wood.

If you’ve been in the Parkour world very long, then you probably idolize Shaun Wood. If you don’t know him then let this be your introduction.

Shaun Wood has been tracing for more than a decade and has been followed by Traceurs worldwide for almost as long. Heck, we remember studying videos of him in 2007! Back then he was setting the standard for movement in Australia, and he hasn’t looked back. Some of his more prominent accolades include participating in multiple Red Bull Art of Motion events both as a competitor and a judge, and he was a founding member of the world famous Team Farang brand. Presently he is followed by more than 50,000 people on instagram alone!

Wood recently released the first video of his “Shaun Wood All Good” Parkour/Freerunning tutorial series. He kicked it off with one of the most important techniques – rolling. It’s great to see Wood bringing his knowledge and experience to the PKFR world in this way, so we decided to share it here.

Watch the video below for some rolling tips from literally a living legend. After that we’ve included a few other videos of him that date way back including one of those 2007 videos we studied. As you’ll see, Shaun Wood has a unique style that we still love watching to this day.
