Supporting Amor & Chase Armitage

We are writing to you today to ask for your support in a time of great need for the Armitage family. As many of you may know, Chase Armitage is a beloved and respected figure in the Parkour community, inspiring and motivating countless individuals over the last 20 years. Unfortunately, his wife Amor recently suffered a serious boating accident that has left her with life-threatening injuries. The medical costs associated with her care and recovery are significant, and the Armitage family is in need of financial support to help them through this difficult time.

Here is a link to the donation page if you are able to donate. Any amount, no matter how small, will be greatly appreciated and will go a long way in helping the Armitage family cover the costs of Amor’s medical treatment.

Chase Armitage is a Parkour pioneer and one of the most legendary Traceurs of all time. He was the star of “Brothers Journey,” a transformative PKFR video that was ahead of its time and became one of the first viral Parkour sensations on the internet. Chase then went on found the company 3RUN, a Parkour & Freerunning based media company and network that also provided consultation and choreography for television, films, and events.

3RUN became a brand in its own right producing one of the world’s first Parkour & Freerunning shoes and creating apparel that was worn around the world. They even had a 3RUn gym. 3Run became such an influential brand that for a decade countless Traceurs around the world were using the term “3RUN” to describe their movement instead of the words Parkour and Freerunning.

Chase has worked in films both as a stuntman and an actor (he appeared in the Harry Potter film “Deathly Hallows”), and his dedication, skill, and passion for the art of movement in all its forms has pushed the sport ahead and inspired countless people to take up Parkour. Chase recently started his own brand called Chase where he sells various high quality products under the tag line “Chase Your Dreams.”

One week ago, Chase and Amor were vacationing in Mexico, when there was a severe boating accident that left Amor with life threatening injuries to her legs and abdomen. She has received 3 life-saving surgeries, 6 blood transfusions, and she continues to be monitored in an effort to stabilize her so that they can transport her back to the UK for medical care. Chase listed his car for sale to help pay for the medical costs, but this is not enough, and a medical fund has been set up.

We have donated to the fund ourselves, and we are encouraging others to do the same. If you cannot donate to the fund, we kindly request that you share the donation link above or share this article so that the news can spread.

Here is an Instagram video Chase posted on Christmas which shows the severity of the injury as well as their continued focus on remaining positive in light of such a traumatic and potentially life altering event.
