Parkour.com Crosses 100,000 Followers on Instagram!

We aspire to bring inspiring, engaging, and entertaining Parkour content to you through our Instagram. So we were thrilled when a recent video went viral and launched the page from 85,000 to 100,000+! Oddly enough, the video that went viral wasn’t a Parkour video at all! It was random fail video which we like to mix in every once in a while. We’re not sure how to feel about that 🤷

Here is the post that went super viral. It racked up more than 40,000,000 views and more than 3,000,000 likes!

A short history: In 2012 when we first launched the Parkour.com social media presence, our Facebook page went viral (at that time Facebook was THE platform), and we hit 150,000 followers by 2014 with virtually every post going viral. However, a rouge admin deleted the page! 🙉 That was a painful lesson, but ever since then we’ve been fighting to bring the credibility and power of Parkour.com back to the social pages, and we’re thrilled to finally hit 6 digits again.

Where do we go from here? Well our goal is 1,000,000 followers. But more than the followers, we care about sharing great Parkour content, so we hope to expand from 1 post a day (this is what our followers said they wanted) to multiple pots so that we can bring attention to more types of movement and more Traceurs. If you have any suggestions, comment here on send us an email at contact{at}parkour.com. We’d love to hear from you!

Photo proof of the page milestone! Images can be photoshopped, but you can check out our Instagram and see. It’s a solid 100K and some : )
